Workforce mediation

 


The complex combination of recruitment and selection is recommended if you
only want to make the final decision after assessment of the requirements. 

In our work, we use the direct search method, but we also review our database and use advertisements based on your 
demands when fulfilling our mandates. 

Hire-One only focuses on staff who meet your needs and goals and will fulfill your
expectations. 

Our constantly expanding database records all applicants who have already participated in
pre-screening. We mainly focus on the data of applicants with higher education and knowledge of at least one
foreign language. 

Recruitment on a variety of channels includes the filtering of our database, the
publication of job advertisements in the press (the choice of medium depends on your needs and the specifics
of the position) and utilization of our network of connections. These guarantee that we find the
right people. 

The applications received are screened according to an agreed set of criteria. After
preselection of the resumes, the shortlisting process continues with a telephone interview, where we present
the position to the candidates, check their suitability and we also verify the credibility of the
resume. 

This is followed by a personal interview - perhaps with multiple rounds - where professional
compliance and personal competencies are measured, and we list those candidates - depending on your needs,
but a maximum of six candidates - who we find a perfect fit. 

We organize the introduction for a time
offered by you. As a final step in the successful workforce mediation, we will notify all candidates. 

We provide guarantee for all our mediations, which means that if the selected employee does not work out, we
will provide you with a new, eligible candidate for free and as quickly as possible.
